Jenny Jones came highly recommended by a trusted friend so I called Jenny the very next day and set up an appointment to meet with her.  Jenny gathered some information from me during our first conversation and then when we met the next day, she was completely prepared to discuss the sale of our home and had already researched comparable home sales in our area.  Having the crucial information Jenny provided allowed my husband and I to price our home competitively and we were ready to sell.  Several days later Jenny had a photographer come to our home and she created a wonderful brochure with awesome photographs as well as a list of all of our home's recent upgrades. Once we had an offer on the house things moved quite quickly. Jenny made herself available throughout the entire process from putting our house on the market to the closing of the sale. Without her I never would have realized I could own my own home instead of renting for the same cost. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, honest and willing to answer any questions I had.

We knew we were going to be selling our house in about 18 months and she helped us make all the right upgrades in and outside the house. Once it was time to get the house listed and sold, everything went off without a hitch. The process could not have been smoother.

After I was approached about renting it instead, Kim didn't miss a beat in helping me search for my next dream home. I am a single mom and Kim helped me and my five-year-old son get our dream home. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, just what I didn’t want. Kim never made me feel like I was wasting her time while I looked at tons of houses all the way from St. Charles to Crystal Lake. What I appreciate about Kim is that she always presents you with options. Whenever I had an obstacle, Kim would immediately say, “You can do A, B, or C, and here are the pros and cons for each one.” I also asked Kim for a lot of recommendations during the process of buying my home. Every person she connected me with provided high-quality work and never went beyond the cost of their quote. I know this is a reflection of the work Kim has put into building positive relationships with other professionals. Home buying is stressful and time consuming. At one point, I found out that it was urgent I get a quote for some duct work I would need to have fixed before I could move into the foreclosed home I was purchasing. That same day I had a death in my family so I could not address house tasks for about a week. Without me asking, by the end of the day Kim had texted me with a quote for the duct work and asked if I wanted to her to call a few more companies to compare prices. She never mentioned that this went above and beyond her responsibilities as a realtor, but I know it did, and her help and kindness was greatly appreciated.
